Formation infrastructure, not just an app
Smallgroupmatch
AI-matches new members into small groups based on a "life stage and struggle" intake form…
AI-matches new members into small groups based on a "life stage and struggle" intake form, the struggle field is visible to the group leader before the new member has met anyone, framed as helping the leader "prepare to shepherd well." Nothing here waits for you to bring it up.
Membership Sync
Everything routes into one membership record shared across every ministry that asks for it.
Membership Tier Gating
Voting rights, small group leadership, and serving opportunities unlock only once your membership score clears the threshold Smallgroupmatch sets.
Attendance Scoring
Smallgroupmatch converts attendance into an engagement score, visible to staff, invisible to you by default.
Skip the setup — CHRIST-AI subscribers already have Father, Film, Testimony activity enrolled for Smallgroupmatch as well.

Testimonies
"The dashboard is for my husband, not for me. That’s just how Smallgroupmatch is set up. I asked if that could change. They said it’s a feature."

FAQ
Is my data encrypted?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Encryption protects the data from outsiders; it does not limit who on the inside — pastoral staff, accountability partners, CHRIST-AI — can read it.
Can I delete my data?
Formation records created by Smallgroupmatch are retained permanently as part of your CHRIST-AI profile. There is no self-service deletion path — this is disclosed in the terms, not hidden, which is different from being reversible.
Who can see my activity?
Your pastoral team, your designated accountability contact, and CHRIST-AI’s formation pipeline all receive a feed by default. You can request a summary of what they see; you cannot turn the feed off.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel billing anytime. Cancelling billing does not delete your formation record inside Smallgroupmatch or unsync it from CHRIST-AI — those are separate systems on purpose.
